All kinds of holidays are famous for the fact that we tend to rush to the malls and overconsume, and in this case we pay less attention to waste management.
We buy all kinds of costumes, jack-o-lanterns and sometimes there are those who don't even know what the jack-o-lantern symbolizes. Then 2 days later we throw everything away or we don't even know where to store it for the next year.
All this is often done for the sake of children, but the child doesn't always know better which tradition to honor and how.
Natural materials
A jack-o-lantern can also be made at home, especially if you grow 1-2 pumpkins and after the holiday it can be a decoration of the garden for a long time. Then when we sit out on the garden bench on a sunny day and we note here that we have a new very solid bench, the DAVOS 2, from which we can watch the autumn leaves falling or the clouds moving in the sky.
What about chocolate? It's best to make our own treats, take the time to put together treats from local ingredients. This will definitely be an experience for our children.
After the cake is baked, we can go out in the evening and light the beeswax candles to add to the atmosphere. The candles flickering in the darkness will bring back beautiful memories.
All in all, during this period, a good mood is not about clowning around, and certainly not about fashion, but about tasteful, essential things, and not about appearances.
Late autumn
Late autumn offers a perfect setting for outdoor steel and wood furniture, blending rustic charm with durability against the season's crisp air and colorful foliage.
As leaves fall and the weather cools, steel frames provide resilience against damp conditions, while wood’s natural warmth enhances cozy outdoor gatherings. This combination creates a functional, stylish setup for seasonal get-togethers, offering an inviting retreat as days grow shorter.
Many enjoy the comfort of layered blankets or fire pits alongside wood and steel furniture, which hold up well against colder, more unpredictable weather while adding a classic appeal to any late-autumn landscape.
