What is HoReCa?

HoReCa is one of the most important globally industries, which refers to accommodation and places for serving food and drinks. For example, here we can include small guesthouses or hotels, but also luxury restaurants and 5-star hotels with all facilities included. The HoReCa domain should be a relaxing space, even if we are talking about food at the restaurant or serving a coffee in the city, a holiday in accommodation or ordering food at home.

Reinvention.

Let's think about one thing. No other economic sector that have had to reinvent itself as the hospitality industry. With the pandemic, HoReCa suffered the most, so chefs and entrepreneurs had to comply with the bans, and the vast majority of restaurants, even now, have moved to the delivery side, which it was no easy. Hotels could not receive customers and tourism has decreased unimaginably for this reason. 

Why HoReCa?

Even if we don't realize it, we contribute to the HoReCa field almost daily. Whether we go to the mountains or the sea for a weekend, or take a longer vacation, we check in to a hostel or hotel. If we are craving for a certain type of food, that probably we do not know to do or simply does not allow us the time, or even when we take a coffee to go and a drink it on the way to work or when we walk, we have more contact with this field than we realize.
What could be more relaxing than going on a short vacation, and sitting on a bench in the evening, in the courtyard of the guesthouse or hotel, and around it being lit by poles with a unique design, and listening to crickets, or why not, the sea waves. To go to your favorite restaurant, to stop on your way to enjoy a coffee, to stop from monotony, being your moments of peace.
