To order online please follow this steps:

  1. Access our online store at
  2. Select the products that you want and add them to your Shopping Cart trough Buy Now or Add to Cart buttons
  3. Always remember to select the options or your product ( colors, lenght etc )
  4. After you added all the products that you want press the button Checkout
  5. You can either make an account or you can make the order without
  6. In both situations you need to fill the required data
  7. Select the shipping and payment method
  8. Confirm your order
  9. You will receive a confirmation email with order details
  10. A Customer Support representative will get back to you for confirmation

No. You don't need an account to place an order. Just contact us trough our contact form and an operator will get back to you.

To access your orders status you need to login to your account and click on order history to see details. Otherwise you will receive an email every tine status of your order had changed.

We always recommend you to make an account.

In principle there is no low limit on your order. However the transport cost is not advantageous for you when a small order is placed.

Most of the orders can be cancelled. Exceptions are when the products are custom made or have some particularities that are special made on orders.

If you need to cancel an order please contact your Customer Support Representative as soon as possible.

Bank Transfer is the only payment currently available.

After submitting your order, you will receive by mail a Proforma Invoice sent by our Commercial Department.
There you will have all details to make the payment.

Transport Companies (carrier) are our standard method (especially for *Europe). In some cases we also deliver through DPD and TNT all around the *World.

*Countries which require customs duty. The customs policies differ among different countries. Once the package reaches the destination country, any customs or import duties that might occur should be paid by the client.

In most of the cases manufacturing take from 3 to 12 working days (depending on product and quantity) for processing before shipment (weekends and holidays not included).
Please note that the processing/manufacturing time (by our company) does not include the shipping time (by shipping company). In other words, delivery time = processing/manufacturing time + shipping time.
You will be notified with an email once your order has been shipped. Each order should have an associated tracking number (or more if your order is shipped separately).

No-risk shopping: When you order from KroneMag, you can simply *return any item, and we will refund your money.

The shipping cost will be supported by client.
